no bath robes available for spa facilities

need a lavatory brush in rooms. also spa toilet area a bit rusty?

we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities as well

the facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool, which was clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable

there is no spa in the hotel but it does advertise that when booking. everything else was great

no wifi in our room. get it all thru hotel, walk in our room no connection.

we did a laundry service which was delayed based on when we handed clothes over.

that i did not like, however, it is good to note that gleneagles townhouse does not have vast spa facilities

expected a spa pool and facilities and got disappointed when we learned it was only massages and beauty

time visiting and still yet to get a spa appointment despite numerous requests up to 6 weeks in

t think of anything i didn t like if i had to say something it would be too many stairs to the spa going down

our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which

girls spa birthday treat surly to be rememberd in this wonderful hotel, staff go the extra mile and

the rooms were outstanding and the spa and treatments were fantastic
