the wifi wasn t working for half of my stay

to hang clothes in the room and the tv channels were not set up, but the young lady behind the bar solved the

staff were very friendly loads of parking spaces amazingly powerful shower close to edinburgh and newcraighall

location, easy parking, brilliant wifi connection in room, and no password required

really good food and nice breakfast

couldn't use the spa facilities as it was very busy - i have heard from other users it is complimentary

staff were exceptional, the dining in the dungeon experience along with the spa was outstanding

floors is hard to get hot water running (at least in november), however you can always use the spa facilities

if the spa had opened a little earlier in the morning.

although we were initially disappointed that the spa was closed, the outstanding customer service from dylan,

used all the spa facilities which are fantastic

breakfast was great and choices were good , spa and health swim was great

nothing. all perfect. an onsite spa would be the cherry on the cake, but can't fault it at all.

could do with at least a small spa area.

didn't know there was a large indoor pool/sauna/spa when i booked, and they were wonderful

the pool and spa were great and had baby changing so our 4 month old could swim too

having spa access was great

donnie on the concierge team was really helpful moving our car in and out of the car park spa was a lovely

we had to pay to have coffee made at the bar during breakfast.

although alcohol is sold it would be nice to have a proper bar with more choice

was fantastic, so was the room and all the amenities - complimentary laundry machines, room had everything we

we were given a room for disabled. no early check in and late check out.

there is no spa in the hotel but it does advertise that when booking. everything else was great

table in our room 1019 and only one eay chair, breakfast we had room service and they had ran out of

however, they were actually very spacious with plenty of room in the bedroom, lots of wardrobe space for me

girls spa birthday treat surly to be rememberd in this wonderful hotel, staff go the extra mile and

the away spa was also great, i had the detox facial and it was the best treatment i've ever had

the rooms were outstanding and the spa and treatments were fantastic

time visiting and still yet to get a spa appointment despite numerous requests up to 6 weeks in

expected a spa pool and facilities and got disappointed when we learned it was only massages and beauty

the spa was very small

the staff in the spa and the spence restaurant were fantastic

have a gorgeous spa and gym area however the infra red light sauna is disappointing - it is tepid at best
