we had parking lot view and one of the units closest to mcgloughlin

nice, big room and bed. clean and attractive. loved the kitchenette.

parking lot was over-full with sketchy looking people sitting in their cars at all hours of the

pool and hot tub looked amazing but we never ended up having time to try them out

good parking spots as well

were super comfortable, nice having a kitchenette

a whole lot actually, parking sucked and there wasn t much for amenities, no soap, no bottle water

there is a no pet policy, buy our dog was inside our motorhome and my husband was taking the dog off property

not really the hotel s fault, but i would next time request a room not overlooking the back parking lot

quiet rooms except for the adjoining room, i had very loud, screaming young kids next to mine and it made it

also, i expected there to be amenities already in the room including laundry bags, trash bags for the bins,

restaurant had limited options in food and liquor, plus, no room service.

i personally wish the pool was deeper or had a hot tub/jacuzzi or spa type amenities for the price

parking expensive, bar closed early on weekdays, spa facilities could have been better.

the aesthetic of the building, there was a pool, gym, and human sized chess set in the middle of the hotel

gym was really stripped down due to covid and the equipment was rusting

it was a good place for the family. i have 5 kids and the room fit us all.

there is a discount if you stay at the kex for a spa nearby and that was so great too

our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself

it's a somewhat gritty area, but lots of bars and restaurants in the area - nearby my favorite spa 'knot springs
