was no pool or spa like advertised

large rooms had easy login wifi, fridge, microwave, iron/board, very nice bathroom

the warm welcome starts right at reception, and peter, the receptionist, deserves a special mention

the breakfast is very great! it suits the tastes of chinese!

appreciated the front desk staff and the gentleman that took care of the breakfast room

laundry room was broken and there was an extra charge for parking.

our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself

the exterior is really nice, staff very friendly and great bar opened till midnight!

i didn t go to the rooftop bar but it looked really nice

specific to my stay, but i had to get up at 4am for a flight and i was on the wall next to the kitchen/common

location, comfortable bed, great fan, wifi is good quality, rooftop views and ambience are amazing, and super

kitchen, the area for sitting is in same area as bunk beds, u can always go to the cafe at

suggestions to make it even better, adding some cutleries and plates to public bunker room s kitchen, and

room service was mediocre in options and quality maybe because hotel restaurant has been closed and

late check out would be charged

only complaint came from my kids that there was no hot cocoa breakfast

the spa tub didn t have jets so that was a let down, for the price it should have had jets

the cleanliness of the hotel, the cozy mood lighting in the room, the spa bath was huge and amazing, the wine

the spa tub and the fact there was oregon trail in the hallway.

room service menu and the lobby needs a restaurant and bar which is open always or late

the infinity pool was not in fact and infinity pool and the hot tub was lukewarm

my only critique was that it was not clear that tip was already included on room service when i paid online so

room service food was nearly inedible

parking expensive, bar closed early on weekdays, spa facilities could have been better.

i personally wish the pool was deeper or had a hot tub/jacuzzi or spa type amenities for the price

was challenging to get a seat for breakfast so we ended up sitting at the bar area--still attentive service just

we were looking forward to room service, however, it was not available during our stay

covid times...no restaurant, no room service, no cleaning service,and no gym.
