4) we asked for room service on second day and no one even came

we scanned the qr code for room service the next morning and the qr code was not working - we tried both our

parking expensive, bar closed early on weekdays, spa facilities could have been better.

i personally wish the pool was deeper or had a hot tub/jacuzzi or spa type amenities for the price

dunaway needs some serious updating, and if you're going to be a pet, friendly confine those traveling with pets

i also thought the hotel rooms, gym, and pool were nicely designed and well kept

we all dressed for the pool, 2 kids included, and went looking for the pool that didn't exist

downstairs was being remodeled, so kids were disappointed the pool was closed, but would definitely go back

room service menu and the lobby needs a restaurant and bar which is open always or late
