spa pool didnt work

fruit pancakes cereals , great selection and could eat in the breakfast room also enjoyed the spa and pool

breakfast had great selection. spa tub extremely relaxing.

room spacious and clean, bed was comfortable we slept very well

breakfast box in the morning was a fun treat and way to start the day

breakfasts was served in the room in a great wooden box with fresh pastries from a local store

i would also recommend turning up the gas flame on that beautiful fireplace

the bed was comfy, liked how big the spa tub is, shower had ample room for personal toiletries.

shower and spa tub didn't seem to be fully cleaned: particles came out when filling tub and found pieces of

spa looked dirty and smelled like mildew.

i wanted to try the spa but i understand about maintanacne too. i bet it will be great too:)

the spa was out of order my entire stay and looked like swamp water so it had been out of order quite

that the spa closed to early, not open early... they explained why.

check-in staff member was very quiet, i am hard of hearing so that was a problem, and parking was at a premium

breakfast, clean, decent size tv, it did have issues w couple channels not tuning in

i booked the room, i noted i haad a pet but it was not included in the booking price, so i had to pay an extra

one regret was that we were never informed about the pool, hot tub or the game room upstairs

noisy kids in pool/ spa after 10pm. not enjoyable for us adults

also 9pm cut off for room service was disappointing

we ordered pizza from lobby kiosk, it took s long time but kitchen manager offered soda and cookies for delays

great breakfast, pool and spa was nice clean hotel overall.

it said pet friendly online, no where did it list 75 extra for a one night stay

parking, great breakfast, great staff, super clean, water and coffee always available, and great

travel with a small dog, the pet area is lacking in space and ground cover for dogs to be able to do their

slightly more frequent pet waste cleanup around the perimeter of the property.

extra care of making chicken noodle soup for the guests, and 24 hour pool and spa for adults after 10:pm

loved that the pool and spa were open and available 24 hours

also pool and spa were open 24 hours and didn't close at 10 like other hotels

bed was comfy. i was pleasantly surprised at the strong wifi signal and ease of access.

carpet in the hallway especially this place are pet friendly, would be better if wood floor or tiles

breakfast should be possible until 10 am!

parking lot has narrow driving lanes and some areas can be tough to navigate without hitting other

hotel ~ i didn't use the spa and soaking tub area but it seemed as though it would've been a lovely way to unwind

great near new hotel. nice onsen spa to use

kids weren’t super excited that it wasn’t a standard pool that they could play in

also not enough parking when we got home late at night

staff were excellent, and the sake bar was fantastic, with knowledgeable staff there too

we enjoyed the pool/spa and a wonderful complimentary breakfast with tons of options

breakfast was nice. pool was popular. start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.

everything was excellent. best hotel breakfast i've had. large rooms. great gym.

everything was fine. the pool was a little crowded and would be nice if it were 24 hrs.
