were roaches and bed bugs in our room pool looked like a swamp couldn't go swimming water was nasty

even though the parking lot only had a few cars, we were given the only room in the hotel with zero view

breakfast was

decent breakfast, neatly maintained rooms

the breakfast time till 10 am would have been nice for late arrivals the night before

spacious everything was and easy to find, like vending, front desk, facilities, etc

well shouldnt of pool had a scum on it the first morning i was there so that eliminated that parking lot was in

steps were between the lobby and the elevator and parking lot

the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for golfing at pine valley golf course.

the pool was not open during my stay i guess they had some kind of issue but it was

before breakfast so it wasn't applicable, but the front desk personnel explained the process and what it

hotel was filthy, the pool and spa stunk so badly that you could smell it before entering the gym area

then the pool, spa and fitness center was closed

had dirty laundry in it, beds were broken, water handles backwards, outlet & lights did not work, staff was

dressed, but it wasn't, so my brother had to share my king-sized bed -- first time since we were kids that we

hot tub has been removed from pool area room needed to be clean better

the breakfast was very good and this location will be my future choice of stay!

the staff was friendly, greeted us every morning before breakfast, the pool was great, it was clean

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

the pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was our favorite

we left to get take out and when we returned there was absolutely no parking in the lots due to a wedding

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

think a little boy was having his birthday party at the facility and when i took my kids down to the pool they

9 o clock is a time for adults kids are relaxed but can t go eat or swim or workout cause everything has

pool and spa was under maintenance. but i didn t think it would be open after the pandemic

the next day my kids got an ear infection
