spacious everything was and easy to find, like vending, front desk, facilities, etc

staff was friendly and fun room was clean and comfortable pool was clean and warm

pool wasn t designed really for kids swimming .was very good

and access to freeway, nearby fast food (subway,dq,hardee s), free parking, indoor

was close no breakfast no spa whirlpool was dirty

we were not told of the renovations going on and that the pool was closed. very disappointed.

room was quiet & peacefull and everything we needed including laundry machines, were on the

24 hour pool and fitness center. great for the night owl :-)

parking lot wasn't salted and it was very icy which could be expected due to ice storm but could

hotel was filthy, the pool and spa stunk so badly that you could smell it before entering the gym area

no one picks up, same with house keeping and room service

use the pool till after 10 am

had to go to a gas station to get quarters for laundry, most hotel laundry can take your card now

the door to the laundry chute in the hallway was wide open almost the entire time - i went to close it myself

everything was really great but the kitchen was a little dirty when i first arrived.

two suggestions- have more trashcans, have better lighting in the kitchen area

the breakfast was good and staff was excellent gabby from front desk was very helpful.

the kids enjoyed the pool

overall the room was very clean, but the kitchen accessories.

the bar and front desk staff were amazing!

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

the pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was our favorite

we left to get take out and when we returned there was absolutely no parking in the lots due to a wedding

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

the swimming pool and included breakfast was very convenient for my family
