go out of their way to make sure that we were happy and were really great with our two small kids

why do you not furnish paper towels or a drying cloth for the kitchen

the breakfast was the best i ve ever had

the pool was not available or any spa treatments

the spa room was very peaceful

don't like that the pool and spa are separate from the main resort

the spa tub was fantastic

the walk between the inn and the spa was a bit unpleasant in the bad weather.

you have to walk through the laundry and bar service areas to get to the room

wifi only usable in the lobby

parking is also very convenient, and there is a bar for entertainment in the evening

later bar hours.

a lovely lady named katrina white kept the kitchen open until i could order, as it was late at night

the pool was closed. very little staff but very accommodating

there was plenty of parking space

room smelled bad, no room service every day

like paying for parking, swimming pool and very small and gym doesn't have enough equipments

events going on, birthday parties , weddings, it was loud and obnoxious and pool area overrun by kids

the bar was great

have more outside space to be with kids can t understand why the parking is paid at this distance from the

i traveled with 3 kids under 5 years old so it was great that our room was right off of the elevator

but we ordered food from the bar and everything was very good

this is a gorgeous hotel with a nice indoor pool and workout room

the restaurant and bar were open until 11pm

floors had stains on them, the wifi was hard to connect to, toilet seat was loose, the phone wouldn t work,

there were limits at the bar for drinks.

the kitchenette had a microwave and sink, but no utensils or dishes

trash from guest, dirty surgical masks, cigarettes, dog pee, think pet friendly hotel

the gym though was surprisingly good, probably the highlight of the stay

said i had a spa tub but was informed not all rooms had one after checking in

bath tub wasn't clean, but nothing less to expect during the pandemic with limited room service/ housekeeping

waitress we had for breakfast was amazing

the pool is open late

$15 per person for a continental breakfast is a bit crazy.

reserved a room for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 kids

the food at tuscan kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

beautiful local. lots of restaurants and shopping. good size rooms and wonderful gym.
