the cleanlieness and beatuiful decor and great beds and the mini bar is always a great touch.
i traveled with 3 kids under 5 years old so it was great that our room was right off of the elevator

pool was great room was very clean
unfortunately, the pool was not open due to maintenance.
rooms are always clean , pool is a great bonus just all around always a great experience

my flight arrived early and i requested and obtained early check in
very little water) bathroom accessories (shampoo, etc) are hard to access/hard to squeeze wifi barelly works
the wifi didn t work very well. i had to use my phone s data to connect.

tried to use the spa but it didn t open on time and then the sauna attendant called in sick so we couldn t
the walk between the inn and the spa was a bit unpleasant in the bad weather.
spa services too pricey for us. would have loved a massage, but $180 is a lot.
don't like that the pool and spa are separate from the main resort
the pool was not available or any spa treatments
