the pool was out of commission :( and the visit was so short ! can t wait to go back !

my husband went to the gym and he said it was good

the parking lot is somewhat dangerous because you have to enter a lane of traffic where cars are doing

also, the booking website should have mentioned the pool was closed; the kids were quite sad, lol

we loved the spa tub

room had a heart shaped spa bath tub

bathroom was duty the room smells like smoking cigarettes so wasn t no happy at all

smoking room was so clean i thought different,staff friendly and responsive to any concern

no hot water . booked a smoking room with 2 beds. they gave me single king non smoker . smh.

my 4 kids and i loved the spacious suite we got

and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette

the pool is heated and the deepest is 4 1/2 which is good for all kids

juccuzi spa bath in our room wasnt cleaned properly so when i turned the jets on it literally shot poop at

i also stay in the room with the spa tub and it was very dirty, then the jets were on brown stuff would come

stay here but not longer and they need to get organized quick such as the lobby the pool and gym needs better

i would never suggest anyone especially with kids start at this hotel the pictures were a lie

felt very unsafe for myself and my kids
