swimming poole lacked sun beds. had to pay extra for spa facilities

felt that spa should have been included in the price of the room, i though breakfast was included in the

use of the gym and spa area is not included in the price

the spa of the hotel was worth the trip to durango.

the building was incredibly grand and historic, the pool beautiful and the spa changing rooms very handy for

you have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner

between myself and one of the staff from the bar it took 8 attempts before the details were accepted

very clean and comfortable room. bar does a very good breakfast.

spa closes at 18.30. most of the rooms without bath.

there are fantastic walks to go on with your pet from the casa, as well as the garden grounds of the property

there is a lot of space for kids to safely run around, they can feed the donkey's and dogs and use the games

there is also a small well-equipped gym and sauna but we didn't have time to try it

we were alone in the hotel, the breakfast was outstanding, in a terrasse with a beautiful view on the mountains

as we went during the quiet season we were alone and they made us a lot of food for breakfast regardless which

we had to leave early in the morning and we not able to eat the breakfast provided but we so wish we would have

nonetheless, there are spacious common areas with broad games, the pool, a sauna and much more

the pool and the whole territory were beautifully maintained

the heated pool, in cloudy days, was very appreciated by us all, specially the children

only a few minutes drive to the top of the bilbao funicular railway where there is free parking and every 15

parking is easy, check in was smooth

on the friday night, might have been after an event - it seemed to mostly be families with young kids, not

the rooftop pool area needs a bar close by to serve drinks.
