didn't like that i got a ticket in the facility parking lot

dinner was delicious and the bar tender patrick was friendly and very sociable

parking is a bit difficult

clean, lots of food options, great gym and amenities

i enjoyed using the gym and had what i needed

swimming pool and spa are good maybe a bit warm

buffet was a real disappointment - eggs were dry and lukewarm, potatoes looked barely cooked; wife had a bagel

breakfast was excellent. cleanliness was exceptional.

parking can be bad during events

i didn t end up eating breakfast because i had woke up late

breakfast was weak

i understand pets are allowed in rooms, but i am allergic to cats and had a slight reaction sitting on the

one issue: the negative was the spa experience

responsive front desk, brought up amenities and room service quickly

no utensils on the kitchenette. no tea bags in kitchenette.

the kitchen/restaurant seemed deserted most of the time and this really put us off going there and the

fitness room was very small

wish they had a bigger bar and a restaurant

not far from train station to get to boston. clean !!!great breakfast!!!!

missed to have a small fridge at the room, specially handy when you travel with small kids

there is no business center, no gym, and no breakfast in the hotel

witnessed a member of staff being reprimanded in public (spa staff) this was unprofessional

great king room in deluxe category on 25th floor. spa store surprisingly quick over two days!

size room and amazing outlook over river express elevators very helpful up and down to top floors gym and pool

careful if sending any laundry as takes longer than they say

negative is the cell signal inside was weak, but there is good wifi to counter that
