swimming poole lacked sun beds. had to pay extra for spa facilities

felt that spa should have been included in the price of the room, i though breakfast was included in the

use of the gym and spa area is not included in the price

the spa of the hotel was worth the trip to durango.

the building was incredibly grand and historic, the pool beautiful and the spa changing rooms very handy for

you have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner

between myself and one of the staff from the bar it took 8 attempts before the details were accepted

very clean and comfortable room. bar does a very good breakfast.

place in a good location, everything is immaculate & they provide a great breakfast

they seem to have put the prices up somewhat (basement bar excepted).

guest at this hotel and have reviewed it before, mostly favourably, but did i mention the cafe-bar in the basement

didn't hear about the spa until other guests were going to use it and the jacuzzi was closed but that was only

the spa pool access costs 20 euro, but the spa is lovely - well worth the

gym not a part of the hotel but massive with excellent spa area

on the friday night, might have been after an event - it seemed to mostly be families with young kids, not

so some upheaval but our room was good size, comfortable, excellent air conditioning and free wifi

staff, easy parking lot just behind if you arrive in time for a remaining spot, good wifi, quiet,

the wifi dropped out at times.

wifi signal is very week in some rooms, the only place where i could connect was in the hall

breakfast wonderful, the whole experience at this hotel was first class, 5 star

also the prices at their bar were very high
