the pool was very nice and clean

t really think of anything i disliked, breakfast was great, bar keep was great, amenities were great,etc

i had to walk quite a bit from parking spot but happy parking was free.

parking lot is a long walk with bags. can't imagine what it's like in the winter.

i m satisfied with my stay. even without room service the stay was wonderful.

hotel was clean and we were there on a dance convention weekend which is about of little kids and a lot of mess

liked the bar and the staff who served quickly

floor room right by elevators was not very quiet/peaceful, especially with the hotel bar right below

though 4 star, no room service. had to go to desk myself even to get toothpaste.
