spa close shower s terrible, bad smells

the only reason i chose this hotel over others was the indoor spa / hot tub

spa / pool closed for renovations. wasn't notified prior to booking.

the spa tub unfortunately was dirty

though i didnot use, swim pool and spa look great

bed is really comfortable. parking is easy.

parking full with cars with out handicap tags, parking on saturday was crazy

location was convenient and the parking was awesome

it is in the airport . the food and bar are available untill 11pm.

only microwave available is at their snack bar area, near the pool

the new woman working at the bar was great at her job

the pool had a lap lane

though 4 star, no room service. had to go to desk myself even to get toothpaste.

kind of far from the airport, therefore no shuttle bus service, which was rather disappointing.

was really excited to use the spa but it had caution tape around it

this was the disappointed point of my stay as i was looking forward to relaxing in the hot spa after a long

pool, spa and gym were pretty good. walking distance to shopping mall.

spa bath was to small it not really made for 2 ppl but me and my partner made it work and i m 6

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

nice to be able to walk to flight in morning with kids

was no laundry service and this was very inconvenient

very close to a lot of activities for the kids and food

luckily my pet is on a very good prevention which kills on contact so they all died in seconds

parking seems too limited for a hotel this size, we had to park our vehicle in the back but our

was great to kill tome with our kids since we were only there for a flight and weren t there for very long
