the second time i did not have the spa in the room

spotty tv service and the refrigerator froze my food. no spa is available as advertised.

clean, comfortable, lots of space. and a nice complimentary breakfast. and, a great spa tub.

everything was clean, updated, pool and spa which are hard to find in the bay.

the cordial staff, quite generous and eager to help us navigate the property and spa amenities

the spa facilities, workout area, and pool were exceptional

the spa and gym were a great amenity and we were invited to use it even after we checked out that

gym and pool at the ymca are fantastic and an enormous plus

i was a little surprised that for the cost of this hotel that the private bar and

i have previously stayed at the huntington (temporarily closed) when in sf, which has a very nice spa and bar,

just to say something negative, there is no swimming pool/spa and the double bed (in the standard bedroom) are

staff was super accommodating, room service was quick, room was a decent size, comfy bed

i have a picky eater and he refused to let her order from the kids menu because she is 15

late check out is at 2p

second floor is really noisy due to the bar being right below it

it's a bit noisy from the bar below but it is a central location in the theatre district so not surprising

only issue was that on one side of the hotel was close to a bar however on the other side hotel was close to

need for keys (was useful since many of us arrived at different times), literally connected to a bar (couldn
