the room service food was yummy, our rooms clean and comfy

the pool heater was broken. we picked this hotel for the location and pool

parking lot became a hangout at times late in the evening

nice location with dining restaurant/bar across parking lot. close to major roads and shopping.

no usb ports in room. bar area not open since covid. wish they had noted that before i booked.

as far as room service, we put the sign outside our room when we left to have room service come in

black staind and yellow at the bottom trash behind furniture over all room was not clean got no room service the 3 days i was there no sheet change even after i complained about the blood stains

the room service is horrid

other than that, i stayed 5 days/4 nights and room service only came once,one day prior the check out day

and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous and helpful from the front desk agent to the room service servers everything was phenomenal i can't wait to stay again

price for an overnight stay. also had an indoor pool for da kids

is so well decorated and so clean the pool has beautiful high ceiling and is super clean the gym is well equipped safe, huge parking lot

i had an issue connecting my laptop to the wifi and the staff actually set up my laptop and within a minute, i was connected

so happy for the wifi

when we were in the parking lot after check out waiting for the car to heatup they had already

parking lot has room for large trucks

location was close to six flags, clean room, good wifi
