advertisement for wifi was false i could not get connected nor could i contact anyone at the front desk to get

children playing outside with a boy who was staying next to us in the front grassy area not the parking lot

i had an issue connecting my laptop to the wifi and the staff actually set up my laptop and within a minute, i was connected

and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous and helpful from the front desk agent to the room service servers everything was phenomenal i can't wait to stay again

room service advertised 24/7 on one of the pamphlets but when we called it closed at 11pm.
