very unique casino within walking distance (or could take a bus) (+)was a huge selection of casino games and the room was exquisite (+)was expecting a sad and cheesy, smoky casino, but it smelled so good when we walked in and all the way to our room (+)the casino is next door and has a shuttle service to it (+) not what i expected for a casino hotel (-)hoping for a restaurant in the hotel, i arrived starving and there was a restaurant in the casino which is not attached to the hotel (-)provide a continental breakfast instead of having to go to casino to eat (+) lived walking over to the casino (*) a good time can be had at the ample casino (-)breakfast, we stayed on a sunday and monday night and found out that the casino's restraunt's were closed those two days (+)it was all good. no restaurant at the hotel. had to eat at the casino. ate at

nothing open but the snack bar on monday and tuesday so no option for a meal.

we got a body bar and shampoo and conditioner

swimming pool was not only extremely small but seemed to lack maintenance; water clarity was poor

breakfast was just mediocre

tiny pool and the sauna wasn't bubbly, they said they changed it to just swirling instead, not impressed

the pool is so small, not any bigger than a king sized bed, and for a family i would not recommend this

room service screwed up on my breakfast so my husband and i ate at different times while i waited

there is also a nice restaurant and bar and has room service

everything but room service and bar staff.

room service will not clean your room unless you stay over 5 days

the room service menu was outdated by 6months

was no room service which i understand every company is short staffed

ordered room service. food quality was quite poor.

breakfast choices were very good and delicious but the food was a little cold.

the gym was a great size

because of covid they had room service shut down.

they open gym and landry so i used both it was

this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors

no breakfast, no bar open, pool was closed, elevator is old and shakes, carpets were dirty.

i love the room, pool, hot tub, food and most of all the staff!!

the pool was ice cold, and the hot tub was lukewarm.

it was the first time my kids stayed in a suite and they thought it was the coolest

the bed was very comfortable, and i loved having my own little kitchen! breakfast was great!

my overall experience was awesome. the kids loved it
