pool is a bit small but not important to us

my overall experience was awesome. the kids loved it

room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good as

breakfast buffet was great

the bed was very comfortable, and i loved having my own little kitchen! breakfast was great!

was extremely nice, cafe & bar good food and drinks at a fair price

the bar prices were extremely expensive

this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors

unsupervised kids everywhere, yelling and running in halls

staff was excellent breakfast was good room was clean

kitchen area was really convenient & bathrooms nice

love the amenities- laundry, breakfast, snacks mon-wed evening, andworkout room

the pool, basketball court, patio area and work out room was clean and well maintained

loved the pool and hot tub

because of covid they had room service shut down.

it has a great laundry, workout, pool, & a nice lobby & cafe

bring your own laundry detergent,

they open gym and landry so i used both it was

was no room service for food during the middle of the day

very friendly and helpful front desk and room service staff

room service screwed up on my breakfast so my husband and i ate at different times while i waited

customer service for the bar and room service is woefully low

everything but room service and bar staff.

room service when we were out, no towels, soap, trash bags etc

ordered room service. food quality was quite poor.

was no room service which i understand every company is short staffed

loud drinking peaple at the pool and kids thowing toys eveywhere hiting the window

change the garbage cans, and toilet paper in the pool restrooms.

breakfast was just mediocre

pool is small

early check and super late check out.

the breakfast was also great

nothing open but the snack bar on monday and tuesday so no option for a meal.

we got a body bar and shampoo and conditioner

enjoyed the fitness center

very unique casino within walking distance (or could take a bus) (+)was a huge selection of casino games and the room was exquisite (+)was expecting a sad and cheesy, smoky casino, but it smelled so good when we walked in and all the way to our room (+)the casino is next door and has a shuttle service to it (+) not what i expected for a casino hotel (-)hoping for a restaurant in the hotel, i arrived starving and there was a restaurant in the casino which is not attached to the hotel (-)provide a continental breakfast instead of having to go to casino to eat (+) lived walking over to the casino (*) a good time can be had at the ample casino (-)breakfast, we stayed on a sunday and monday night and found out that the casino's restraunt's were closed those two days (+)it was all good. no restaurant at the hotel. had to eat at the casino. ate at

was broken suitcases outside our door & trash in the parking lot

night the room next to me started fighting, banging the walls, in and out or door to parking lot

there were men standing in random places all over the parking lot

breakfast blah, wish new things were on it

plenty of truck parking if you re bobtailing!!
