no room service available

probably due to covid, the room service menu was very limited and no where near worth what we paid

of staff charging extra food to your room when ordering room service

room service requested at desk is a total joke; noisy hallways; bathroom door is a total joke:

also, i had put out a request for room service that never was picked up

additional water in room as no room service during covid

room service was fast and the food was good

we ordered room service and it was $61 for 2 hamburgers/fries and 1 club sandwich/fries

it comes to my room selection ( only on availability) and the staff is always helpful clean rooms laundry with free breakfast what more can a traveler ask for victory inn and suites your home away

not to mention free breakfast, pool, whirlpool, 24hr fitness center and guest laundry, conversation dining area, snacks/frozen dinners, 24/7 fresh coffee/tea bar in the lobby,

lling , stomping , moving furniture ) all night/all morning even though parking lot empty and plenty of rooms available

noisy baby cried all night loud loud talking and laughing in next door room people outside in parking lot talking and laughing for a long time why doesn t night manager be aware of these

i like the option of having a kitchenette

having to go get it from the bar and ask for accouterments was silly

the gym was good too - pullup bar, a few weight stations, selection of dumbbells, kettlebells, some

breakfast was lovely - nice selection including eggs/bacon/potatoes/etc

the pool was very small and even though the hot tub was at temperature, the jets didn?t work

pool should ve been a bit bigger and rooms need microwave fridge but nothing to heat up your food
