pool should ve been a bit bigger and rooms need microwave fridge but nothing to heat up your food

was not told about were to get breakfast

would like free breakfast like many other similar hotels.

the breakfast buffet was delicious, and again the staff was always making sure the guests were taken

the staff was very kind and allowed a late check out, as i arrived at 1am after a long drive

got walked in on twice by housekeeping asking if we wanted room service

to go downstairs for the bedding for the pull out couch and towels because there was no staff for room service

allowed in reims because it is a health department violations, despite upon check in giving the room service menu and delivery coupons

was disappointed that room service had to be requested and was available every other day but not on weekends

there was room service that was nice, although i didn t use it

room service never arrived, the housekeeper walked in on me, it was so loud that had to move me to

limited room service menu

ordered thru room service was excellent

room service called the first morning with a few minutes to spare to inform my wife and i that they

same price and none of the amenities are available not even housekeeping pool or room

breakfast was excellent and plenty of room to eat

they redid the parking lot and had to park at a gas station next door

my kids still had a nice time there

so many pot holes in the parking

chlorine in the pool area was so strong, that it started making my eyes burn and making my children cough

the pool is average, the workout room is fantastic

didn t like that it wasn t enough of certain food items readily available during breakfast

it's very nitpicky, but i would love to have a hot tub in the pool room for my sore back. :)

in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally

thing that could be different is the pool size it is soo small for how big the hotel is
