room service legit when they actually come

the hotel did not offer much as there was no breakfast or room service

trash, we pay for turn down daily and got it once in 7 days:/ kitchen closed so no breakfast or room service

room service menu did not show delivery charge

in the room was disconnected so could not call for room service or if something serious happened we would not be able to call 911 locally

the staff was great! room service was awesome

we wanted to rest and with kids, it's good to have a place to land quickly

complaint is noise from the kids in hall

were so many kids there every time i went to get one of thw fresh baked cookies they were gone

few restaurants on the property which was nice for convenience, with the five steakhouse offering room service for all meals

also, i had put out a request for room service that never was picked up
