ability to order room service

the room was very cold during the night and the room service options were poor in my opinion

only thing i would suggest is a room service menu in the room- but that's only a minor quibble

i checked i could order room service as i was due to speak at 6:00pm

the 24 hour room service & the option of having breakfast delivered to our room was fantastic
