room service is always good here, location is nice. hotel itself includes restaurants/bar.

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

kids loved the water park which had nice long hours

if i'm paying that much money i'd expect room service to come in and tidy up

also the staff is lazy and rude, couldn't even get us the menu for room service, that's supplied in the rooms but not in ours
