over the space of a few hours and i eventually had to walk downstairs to the reception to get room service but that was the only issue, nothing major

great choice for evening meals, room service and breakfast and the quality of the ingredient obviously very high

woukd have liked 2 chairs and a small table in room as they offer room service menu

also on reading up on the hotel it said they served room service but that wasn t available , room had recently been painted and really strong paint

have preferred a breakfast card rather than having to phone down to order room service

30pm and there was no room service but otherwise i had a very pleasant stay

then promised room service menu wasn't in room

car parking sumptuously appointed bedrooms snd bathrooms bar and dining room service was excellent , as was the breakfast

the wifi was not working from our room.

due to pandemic the restaurant wasnt open but room service was of 5 star restaurant quality and very well presented

only problem was parking which was in a public car park.

the cosy bar is great for some drinks at night

brilliant bath, room was extremely spacious, room service, breakfast (poached eggs are spot on) free upgrade to honeymoon suite for my (-)have been nice to have more options at the bar, its quite dated as with whats on offer, also room service through the night is (+) warm welcome at reception and the room service club sandwich was excellent (+)room service was really good

we went out to do our laundry and the dryer failed to work

our room was spotless and comfortable and a great breakfast to start the day on our journey home from our great tour of scotland
