ladies at the front desk and room service were nice. it is cheap and in a good location.

well 20 minutes later she comes back and knocks again and i said i'm good o dont need room service and she says she cant hear me again

the staff was super friendly, our room was clean, the pool and hot tub were fantastic

the fact that i can do laundry on the premises and the dryer actually dries

the accommodations allowed plenty of kitchen storage, beautiful ocean side balcony, and just steps from the beach

clean and great spot on the beach- kitchen was excellent with updated appliances- cooked several times- beds comfortable- unit stayed

cozy, brightly decorated, completely furnished kitchen, comfy bed, nice patio furniture

our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband s birthday, ana (at registration) surprised us with room service (-) there was no room service, no breakfast buffet and you were asked to wear a mask in all the main areas of the (-)room service , breakfast price , no bell service, no valet (*)to not have room service regardless if you have a long stay (*)be aware that room service isn t included, even though you pay for it (+) room service kept my room tidy (-)were available and no problems with recent hurricane, only to find out upon arrival that room service was not available (i can live without this) and the tiki bar was not operational (this

hotel in general is very nice and new, everything clean, i used the gym and it has the basic features that you will probably used during a vacation trip
