i was super tired so i didn't bother calling room service

the lady who checked us in was very sweet and the person who answered the room service calls was the nicest person i ve even spoken to on the phone

5 nights with absolutely no room service no trash pick up has to ask for towels and toiletries daily pillows not so comfortable
