music played at the pool was way to loud and spring breakers like

pool was a little cooler than i’m used to in mexico but it only took a couple minutes to adjust

the bed was very comfortable, big room and the pool and snack bar were perfect

able to find room around the pool with few people arriving early to save a spot and not use until much later

really the only suggestion is that you not allow people to claim space and chairs at the pool or beach by placing towels and other items then not returning for hours

but this hotel literally had the best staff, reception, bar, restaurant, pool the list is endless

eventually found short cuts by taking the stairs and a different path and elevator to get to the pools or beach

if you aren’t in the hyatt premiere you can’t go to the premiere pool on the top floor, so you have one lap pool which is fine but i didn’t think it reflected the

pool loungers were broken or used so badly they were uncomfortable and we would have to switch them
