not appealing, not helpful for a wheelchair user but not impossible, pool was cold due to

so relaxing - really enjoy the pool and the breakfast

the jacuzzi was perfect temperature hot . and the pool was warm

it would be nice to see the up keep of the upholstery and decor in the rooms and pool

location ,breakfast well prepared and presented bed was very comfortable had use of swimming pool etc

we stayed for one night and enjoyed a good diner and a swim in the pool area for 5 pounds

pool closing time is at 9 but they don t let you in after 8 which was slightly disappointing but

all of the staff were amazing, we were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi was broken but the pool water was lovely and warm

had to use coins to be able to lock your locker in the swimming pool

the sauna/pool etc was the icing on the cake

i didn't use the swimming pool but it looked lovely

the sea crossing to the isle of wight) facilities were great although we didn't use the pool

the pool wasn’t open, which wasn’t surprising as it’s november, but this didn’t impact us in

the swimming pool and jacuzzi is the same then as it is now, so has not been upgraded

pool was out of action on the day i visited, which was a bit annoying as i had only booked the

pool and spa water could be warmer but all else great.

our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

once inside you need to head to the bar to check in, the bar was shut when i was there but looked very smart

there are so many lovely personal touches, a bar as well stocked as any in shoreditch and a wonderful welcome

pool was quite chilly breakfast staff looked down upon us, as though they were judging breakfast

you couldn t call that a spa, the indoor pool area is way too small and boiling

space, bathroom & view loved the pool & jacuzzi

made use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna to really unwind
