no heating around the pool

staff were incredibly friendly and even kept the pool open longer for us when we arrived in the evening

use of the pool and sauna was a bonus

location opposite the zoo, the pool, the dining room restaurant, the view from the room, breakfast

it s set in a beautiful woodland, singing birds can be heard, big windows that open wide, the pool is open till 9

the pool and it s area need a deep clean

i'm unsure of the pool temperature but i found it very cold as did the other families who i had been speaking too

pool was heated, even on the hottest summer day

family friendly, facilities & pool was great, although pool and area could ve done with a proper deep clean

particularly liked the access to the pool and spa which only cost 5 for both of us

was ideal with number of facilities within the hotel such as gym, pool and restaurant

i overlooked that kids are not allowed in the pool on weekdays

wish the pool was inside the hotel it self of instead have to walk to it in the cold and

in lovely grounds the breakfast was excellent i found the staff very friendly and helpful and the pool and jucuzzi were excellent i would definitely recommend the

don't like that children cant use the pool through the week

i had a wonderful stay here overnight for a work trip but managed to grab an hour in the pool area before it closed and left feeling thoroughly refreshed

to stay while grounds were lovely great meeting place for us as family lived near by swimming pool was lovely but could do with a fan in the changing room to get rid of

a full day at an exhibition and the journey down the pool and hot tub were a god send

pool closing time is at 9 but they don t let you in after 8 which was slightly disappointing but

i chose this hotel because of the pool

the room was really nice for the money i payed, and the use of swimming pool etc

the hotel seemed quite full when we stayed so the pool and breakfast room were also a little busy but that was well within expectations

un happy, couldn't book anything, used jam and marmalade pots at breakfast, dirty laundry not bagged all up corridor, hand sanitizer machines all empty disinfectant wipes all empty,

we were very happy with the gym

my only minor issue was the use of the pool area

loved the pool, that was fantastic

so relaxing - really enjoy the pool and the breakfast

not appealing, not helpful for a wheelchair user but not impossible, pool was cold due to

it would be nice to see the up keep of the upholstery and decor in the rooms and pool
