staff were superb accommodating us for an early check in and a room that was sparkling

hard to give customers comfortable and chilled stay and were very accommodating to requests like early check in

the leisure facilities were fantastic, great pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and the children enjoyed playing cricket,

layout is a little confusing initially, the pool and spa area feels more functional than luxurious, but overall there is not much to not

not appealing, not helpful for a wheelchair user but not impossible, pool was cold due to

staff at breakfast in truth whilst charming were pretty inefficient and mildly irritating simply because

car parking needs expansion for the trade they do.

breakfast was served by a slightly grumpy young man and took ages to come but it did not matter

room service was provided twice a day, brilliant spa, well recommend the candle wax massage

the pool and spa were still closed due to restrictions (which was a shame and i look forward to come (+) we loved the swimming pool (+) we love the pool and how comfortable the rooms are (+)the jacuzzi,swimming pool and the fire places are amazing,helpful and friendly staff (+) the spa and pool was amazing (-) the pool was great (+) the swimming pool and steam room were very clean and well sized and we were able to go every day (+)atmosphere is cozy and nice,rooms are nice and clean,the swimming pool and jacuzzi are the best (-)unfortunately is a waiting list for the swimming pool and jacuzzi (-)bit over priced ,if staying at hotel, shouldn't have to pay for pool and spar separate (+) lovely pool and spa area and all family friendly
