the staff very helpful and printed off our boarding passes which was most appreciated, the indoor pool kept the children amused as we had a late flight and the hotel allows you to use facilities

i made full use of the pool, sauna, and steam room, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing

she greeted us with a smile and the man running the pool was lovely and also greeted with a smile
