sauna rooms, pool and hot tub was great and really relaxing

it was convenient for our little family adventure into liverpool

looked a beautiful area, had a gym and pool if staying for a while

shame the pool and facilities couldn t be used due to covid as the pool is beautiful and the gym as i am a

location, great pool, sauna and gym, the food was great, room was clean and fantastic very helpful and friendly

stayed with my daughter who really enjoyed the pool and she had a lovely time in hotel, we was both very happy with the kind staff and facilities

we only wish we had known about the swimming pool available next door but we ll use it next time as we'll definitely be back

my husband and i were doing one night away from the kids in the city

of the suite was fantastic and the jacuzzi spa bath was out of this world

so i felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the hotel bar for a drink

the room itself was spacious and bright, the spa bath was lush and easy to operate

also the 24 hour room service we went out

we used the spa and had a thermal experience

lacked for nothing with a great gym

design and high class atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, great beds / gym well

the room was wonderful, everything i needed and more, fabulous bathroom and great room service the next morning for breakfast

the decor was lovely very clean and quiet, staff were really helpful, although there isn't an early check in some one was on site to allow us to leave our bags and all communication i had prior

service staff friendly hotel was lovley and clean there was a mini bar in the room and prices are not bad at all will be booking to stay here

it’s was fantastic spotless and a mini bar full of stuff

the mini bar was just basically the same price as going to the shop

called me a liar for saying i booked early check in especially when i even showed them proof

wish they had a swimming pool

a swimming pool but that's not a complaint, it was beautiful

no pool but no time to use it.

castaway bar is adjacent to the restaurant and is very comfortable to have a drink and a game of pool

a selection off cocktails drinks and light meals was tucked away for a bit of fun be it a game of pool watching the tv or catching up with friends for a chat

should have had a swimming pool gym sauna

a great hotel close to everything i needed could get the pool open though seems to be close the times i have stayed

no pool part of a chain idiosyncratic lift

that the pool was no longer in use

it was a shame the pool has closed down

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

the staff where helpful and friendly, particularly the breakfast staff, couldn't do enough for my kids to keep them happy and

arrived early off the boat and the staff couldn't be more helpful in sorting us with breakfast and an early

was a bit pedantic on times like we had to check in on 3pm on the dot and we were rushed to have breakfast when it was advertised to be upto 10:30am
