sauna rooms, pool and hot tub was great and really relaxing

shame the pool and facilities couldn t be used due to covid as the pool is beautiful and the gym as i am a

everything on the full english breakfast was good except for the tomato which was served cooked but cold

staff were really helpful when we needed an earlier breakfast and made it no problem at all, in lovely

i booked into the fallen angel spa with my mum, we had the most amazing treatments and delicious afternoon tea

looked jaded and unwelcoming castaway bar understaffed leaving customers waiting without service, pool table cost 1 but couldn t play due to it being very near the wall

than you would expect in a budget hotel, great attention to detail, down to glasses, the mini bar and the lovely

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

the room was huge with a great big window, comfy beds and 2 huge jet pool baths

bathroom of the room we stayed in (the flamingo pool room) started smelling very strongly of sewage as soon as we started using the showers,

the room was fabulous for a family of three, my 13 year daughter loved the whirl pool bath, shower was also excellent, overall a great stay

get early check in, after contacting through email, and phoning 3 times to ensure we had early check in

smoke alarm at 7:30 am, no room service or telephones in rooms - overall somewhat run down

beautiful hotel from top to bottom. foyer and bar area was amazing.

was a bit pedantic on times like we had to check in on 3pm on the dot and we were rushed to have breakfast when it was advertised to be upto 10:30am
