unfortunately, on this ocassion we diden't use pool or gym, but it all looked good

a cosy, the beds were comfortable and everything that was needed to cook a proper meal was in the kitchen

everything was easy to find, very clean and there was some toys plus games for the kids

it was a family room with 2 double beds plenty options of rooms for games the gym and swimming pool were well

swimming pool changing area wasn’t clean and it was very busy to try and get a changing room etc

pool changing room floor wasn't very clean hotel receptionist didn't tell me to take a towel from

made good use of the pool, especially first thing in the morning when there was no one else up

the only other problem we had was the snooker room only had 1 pool cue to use with no chalk lol

beautiful hotel, wish we had longer to use the pool and other facilities.

we used the pool and leisure centre facilities - sad to hear it may be closing

the leisure centre facilities were fabulous, we enjoyed using the pool and beauty room during our stay

value for money the staff were great we ask to get moved to the rooms over the road where the pool was the girl was

we went over the road to use the pool and health suite which was very good and we also went over the road for our tea too

the staff were super accommodating, putting both a z-bed and travel cot in our room for our kids - and the room still had plenty space for manoeuvre

night so had to have window open, there was some late night noise coming from bar - but only to be

warm welcome, a very clean and lovely room, breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptionally friendly

with 3 kids, our two rooms were a little far apart.
