beautiful hotel, wish we had longer to use the pool and other facilities.

made good use of the pool, especially first thing in the morning when there was no one else up

an email few days after booking that the swimming pool and sauna would be closed during our stay due to refurbishment

the only other problem we had was the snooker room only had 1 pool cue to use with no chalk lol

the restaurant food was excellent and the spa and pool were very relaxing

beds, excellent gym, excellent swimming pool, good food and a smart bar area showing sports on large tvs

food and bar was outstanding; the room was elegant and the facilities were perfect

the bar area and eating area were comfortable and clean very chic

also an hour spa pass was included in the stay, but spa was very busy could not get into the sauna

pool was shut for maintenance but was given a complimentary room upgrade so no complaints at all

pool small but pretty and enjoyed the sauna

the water in the pool was cold.. we were expecting warm spa water

complaining about noise in the pool from young child leisure facilities are not child friendly as the staff do not like children

the pool was a big hit as were the milk & cookies in the room each evening

my teenage children loved the pool area and were excited to be at the hotel

there was no welcome information in the room for example we didn't know what time the pool facilities were open and closed

pool was open until 8 pm i was finished my lochness tour 8pm there was no chance for sauna
