swimming pool was ok, but better at 7am

slit in 2 pool n gym in one hotel we were in the other didn t tell you when you book it till u get there

really enjoyed the use of the pool and facilities too

the leisure centre facilities were fabulous, we enjoyed using the pool and beauty room during our stay

value for money the staff were great we ask to get moved to the rooms over the road where the pool was the girl was

the hotel was maintained well with an old fashioned charm we liked sitting in the comfortable bar and the dining room was very elegant bed was really comfortable the hotel gave all guests

arrived late after food was finished and they went out of their way to ensure i got room service

the only other problem we had was the snooker room only had 1 pool cue to use with no chalk lol

an email few days after booking that the swimming pool and sauna would be closed during our stay due to refurbishment
