wifi was very unstable and kept dropping in and out

staff was also very friendly with kids

parking facilities ;the ambience of the hotel ;the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and

i often stay here when visiting family. clean, comfortable and plenty of parking.

the biggest flaw in this hotel is the kitchen

1 although comfortable was above the kitchen with the constant noise of the extractor fan

an email few days after booking that the swimming pool and sauna would be closed during our stay due to refurbishment

pool changing room floor wasn't very clean hotel receptionist didn't tell me to take a towel from

swimming pool changing area wasn’t clean and it was very busy to try and get a changing room etc

slit in 2 pool n gym in one hotel we were in the other didn t tell you when you book it till u get there

the cost of the room was cheap since you can use the pool, sauna and gym in the initial price

the pool & spa is wonderful. the restaurant was a bit pricey but delicious. the room was comfy

the pool/spa was clean and welcoming and i took advantage of all of the water and steam options

unfortunately we left it too late to get booked in for a treatment but pool area was still really good
