swimming pool and gym amazing new building fabulous views of river and a very short walk into

very good facilities including leisure/pool area

we were unable to use the pool as it was booked up

used the pool each morning we stayed and had good service in the bar

loved the pool and sauna

and pool great; all the staff fantastic from reception/ check in, spa and breakfast

we drifted between the pool and steam room, then floated out of our treatments feeling brand new

relaxing location & grounds. excellent pool & spa facilities.

love this hotel but latterly the sauna and steam room was not working and i go there for that the pool is loverly the staff very helpful kind the ladies at the front desk are amazing the chinese

used the pool that was quite and clean breakfast was value for money and cooked well with a nice variety

think the children should be able to use the pool at anytime without being restricted to certain times

pool was a little chilly for relaxing in but would be fine if you were swimming lengths quite

location,food where rlly good apart from swimming pool time for kids which was rlly in my favour

i felt the tables outside and pool area needs to be checked regularly and remove dirty plates and glasses etc as there is a

hidden gem lovely clean and comfortable hotel the pool area a lovely treat.

facilities could of been better, pool was quite small considering the size of the hotel and seemed quite dated

hotel facilities are great, we used the pool, steam room and sauna

visit to the spa/swimming pool on sunday 9am-ish for an hour, excellent staff and excellent standard of cleanliness

wifi was very good and the receptionist was very pleasant to talk to

and parking were superb, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, fantastic

wifi is not very good in the bedroom

the gym area is good if you're prepared to get up early to avoid the kids in the pool

very comfy, no time to use the pool sadly. very close to motorway so ideal for a pitstop.

the only real issue with the stay was that the pool - spa was not available due to renovations.

drinks were expensive and the hydro pool in the spa is shut, and no availability for
