just a suggestion to maybe fix the ladder at the pool

location on the lake with firepits, lawns and lake swimming along with an indoor heated pool and spa

our girls love the pool and hot tub

like that the hotel had a vintage kinda feel *the pool and gym were ok, never crowded

staff friendly, rooms clean, breakfast good

our room was close to the elevator and ice room and the kids were out of their rooms past 3am

multiple outlets did not work in the room/half broke furniture/only hot water in kitchenette and spa tub

gym is finally in place. pool is working. good breakfast. nice staff.

we asked one of the staff to change the time on the pool so the boys had to get out

we used the gym and pool which were both very clean and machines were excellent quality

hotel has clean room, a great breakfast bar, coffee was available 24hours a day, and the indoor pool was great for family with kids

found it very cold in the lobby & most especially in the pool room, both of which had cold air blowing at all times

i thought there was a jacuzzi, but that was my bad. there a full size pool

laundry room and pool share the same access door, so the laundry access hours don't match what's posted because the

my children loved the water slide but wished the pool opened earlier than 9am.

the gentleman who guarded and organized the pool was also fantastic
