unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using it and the pool facilities

were working on the property and it was very noisy by the pool

we put our names on a waiting list and we were called to buy another massage but not offered a spa visit

bakery goods served at breakfast were a bit stale

and service could have been much better in the bar for dinner

the pool is off limits for kids! did not know begorehand.

my only issue is they don't have a quarter machine for doing laundry

of the light bulb next to the beds was broken, and the laundry machines are out of function and broken

water was leaking pretty bad from either the laundry room or the ice maker, flooding an entrance

key didn't work for the laundry room. pool was closed during heat wave.
