breakfast- amazing and the views from the bar/restaurant

fail to understand in a small enough hotel the staff don't understand how something as simple as room service for breakfast worked

just sorry we had the kids with us so we didn t get chance to use the

would definitely recommend for a couple looking a quiet retreat away from the kids

was excellent, staff overall great, spa was so clean

pod was super clean and very relaxing for our overnight stay with our two kids age 10 and 7

pool quite limited usage due to swimming classes being booked

the staff were lovely and the pool great although the sauna was out of action.

the only thing that disappointed me was that i didn’t know that you had to book the pool

hotel, breakfast was so good staff so friendly and stephen was so nice and caring to us, swimming pool was lovely and warm we can't say anything bad about this hotel and will definitely be back

the main pool from the thermal village needs to be repaired

meal at the carvery and breakfast was very nice as well

bathroom was dated. no facilities for kids.
