meal at the carvery and breakfast was very nice as well

the dinners from the bar area were delicious & so nicely presented, not the typical bar food

the bar area was relaxing

( thought did been nice to have a mini bar in room included in price of stay) just a suggestion

everything here the pool & outside gardens with sauna,s & jacuzzis just amazing so relaxing everything was

definitely would have loved a 12noon checkout so we could have used the pool after breakfast.

also the staff in particular gary at the pool check in and paul at the door were a massive help to us

the spa , pool etc all outstanding

a glass of prosecco in the vitality pool looking out over the river is well worth it in my opinion

we both enjoyed the pool and i especially loved the jacuzzi

gym facilities were great, pool was lovely and then we got massages too

food was amazing pool/spa facilities really good staff were all lovely very good

children's swimming lessons meant we couldn't use the pool, but could avail of the steam room and jaccuizi

chance room sister but saff manger help out move room was geat so be all same leave and spa and pool changing room let down kids and female had change in same room was let by us and walk outside

pod was super clean and very relaxing for our overnight stay with our two kids age 10 and 7

staff were very attentive, and friendly with our kids

i prefer breakfast set out in bain maries, even the queen serves herself at breakfast

breakfast was excellent

spa treatments, sauna & thermal bath food excellent and staff a pleasure to deal with.

would definitely recommend for a couple looking a quiet retreat away from the kids
