around bath, pictures on booking are way not of what hotel represents; wearing caps in swimming pool, foto’s website show different poor food

spa treatment

the surrounding is magnificent, the breakfast was simple but enough and the staff are extremely friendly

nice buffet breakfast was included

we would have liked to have tried the spa but just didn't have time

there is also a communal kitchen area and washing machine that can be used

equiped kitchen with tea, coffe, all the necessary plates etc common room, big kitchen and terrace, where

found out at the property that we had to pay extra 6 eur to use the kitchen, and this was not stated in our booking initially

very rural setting on the edge of a village but very good bar in the village

it has a communal kitchen where it is possible to prepare and store all your food

they have a washer and kitchen to cook in with several grocery stores nearby

the hotel has a cosy restaurant with a good look as well as a nice bar area

there is a lot of space for kids to safely run around, they can feed the donkey's and dogs and use the games room

the animals add some extra fun if you have kids

we loved the game room with many games from pool table to darts, there is even a slackfline

i didn't use the gym, but it looked fit for purpose

there is also a small well-equipped gym and sauna but we didn't have time to try it

were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which seemed quite new, was clean and modern and had a bar and restaurant attached

the breakfast was not great. in the bar and chose was very poor. toast. sandwich or croissant.

honestly i was in disbelief when we stayed here, there is a lovely bar / cafe on the ground floor of the hotel which was central to the town which was a vibrant

get a table in the bar on the saturday night, but there was a local festival and all were

the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar attached to the hotel is terrific; great service and fabulous food at exceptionally good prices

room, modern and fairly new, very helpful staff and they serve food and drink at the bar of the hotel, which allowed us to have some late diner when almost everything else was closed

reception and most (apart from one waitress) restaurant and bar staff super helpful and attentive, peaceful surroundings but close to the town of san sebastian

the food was out of this world, we had tapas in the bar area and it was some of the best we've ever had and they catered for me being gluten free

also, it would be nice to be able to order drinks from the pool, that would suit the overall experience of this amazing place well

the spa was phenomenal, and the staff was incredibly charming and helpful in every aspect
