wifi was terrible in my room

advertise a gym but its really a room with a treadmill, stepper and indoor bike which needs some repair

we enjoyed sitting on the roof, near the pool, and watching the sunset

hotel staff we encountered were very polite and courteous and very professional especially the bar staff

fitness room was under renovation (and it was not mentioned during the reservation time), i was (+) the fitness facilities are out of this world (+) gym is the best, big space and different variaties of fitness equipment

the old bar position was great and we didn t like the new position as much.

reception and most (apart from one waitress) restaurant and bar staff super helpful and attentive, peaceful surroundings but close to the town of san sebastian

i liked the grounds and the appearance of the gardens and pool.

it was a pity to pay extra for the pool and spa.

nice we had a room in the annex building a sort walk from the main building next to the outdoor pool the room we had was excellent & with a fantastic view would highly recommend this hotel its

easy to find coming from the motorway .....excellent breakfast choice! good quiet room.

location good did not have breakfast as early start

and the bonus was the bar within short walk that was excellent for dinner and drinks

30 and a bar which was much appreciated as we checked in at 21

also properly dog friendly dog allowed in some areas in the bar and they gave a little welcome gift for the dog

the second night we had guest above that were walking a lot (we think kids) then were walking a lot back and forth earlier in the am

very nice house red and white house wine at the bar and very reasonably priced

the hotel is beautiful with many areas for relaxing and a bar if you fancy a drink

within walking distance of railway station & metro i did not try food, nor drink, nor look for bar or

with food on the table and a beer from the bar we’re happy
