to change my room 3 times during my 5 day stay, this was a bit frustrating, as it was either a wifi issue or a heating issue that prompted the changing rooms

the rooms was comfy and the breakfast was really good

the bed was comfy and excellent breakfast and very near to croydon centre

there is a bar open in the evenings which appears to be popular with guests

could not log in to wifi for more than a minute before it dropped out and you had to log in again, so didn't bother

wifi was poor but didn t spoil our visit.

i ordered it as room service, and it was well presented

we arrived early and were given an early check in and were made to feel very welcome throughout the stay

slight doggy smell in the bar and and breakfast area due to the hotel welcoming dog walkers , i am being picky and did not

nothing to dislike - only slight issue we experienced was problematic wifi signal in our room.
