facilities felt like home , the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating

lengths so i’m familiar with the whole property and some of the staff members and also the laundry

people are checking in and seeing dirty laundry brought to the front

are a few things i didn’t like- one being the night laundry staff / front desk worker also i got charged

totally not nice when you arrive late after a long flight with two kids

we had to leave our dog in the room to go eat we next ordered room service, i just prefer to sit in a restaurant to eat

kids loved this hotel- there were fun places to hang out for kids, adults and families alike

said that there would be a pool, but it was empty and had obviously not been used in a long time

and pillows wore out very noisy would never use this place again the pet fee is way too much didn't get sleep maybe a half hour of sleeping 8 hours of trying to sleep
