wish there was more communication from waitstaff at the 3 places i went kitchen, cafe and rooftop on whether or not we were guests in the hotel or not

the food at tuscan kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

the lobby was over run with kids when we arrived which just made a hectic, messy image for a first-blush view of the premises
